Work group features
IntelliMask Pro has additional features, which make it easy to manage masks on a work group level. Hierarchical shared libraries make enable an entire organization to share mask templates, such as process control features, alignment marks and custom test features.
IntelliMask Pro features support for hierarchical design libraries that can be shared among workgroups. Deeply nested hierarchies and extremely large masks can be handled without the slowdowns that are common in other programs. (Click to zoom)

IC and MEMS layout
IntelliMask Pro supports IC and MEMS layout in the same editor. Rather than working through the idiosyncrasies of Virtuoso or other IC editors to integrate MEMS and IC layout, give IntelliMask Pro a whirl. You will be more than pleasantly surprised.
IntelliMask Pro makes it easy to create, edit and combine MEMS and IC layouts. IntelliMask Pro has stellar format support, making it easy to work with GDS, CIF, GERBER,RS-247, Electromask (EMK) and Postscript files.
Transparency support
IntelliMask Pro features full support for layer transparency. Rather than tediously turning on and off layers, you can simply look right through layers to look underneath the current layer.
Layer transparency support makes it easier to work with layers. You can see right through the layers without having to manually manage layers. A handy layer management pane makes it easy to manage layer states.
Text done right
If you've used other mask editors, you know that simple things like creating and editing text can be a pain in the neck. Want to label cells in Greek? Go right ahead! With IntelliMask Pro, text handling is totally transparent to the user and you can use any TrueType font that you want.
Strong boolean capabilities
IntelliMask Pro takes boolean support to the next level. While IntelliMask provides simple support for boolean operations, IntelliMask Pro can perform boolean operations between cells and layers. This can be very useful in version control; for instance, you can differentiate between two cells to see what the changes are. The possibilities are endless!
More file formats
In addition to GDS-II and AutoCAD DXF, IntelliMask Pro supports a wider range of mask formats. CIF, Gerber, RS-274X, ElectroMask EMK, and high-resolution postscript (output only) support are all included.
